kayaknya sampe skrg masih beredar mitos kl bayi jangan terlalu sering digendong karna ntar anaknya jadi manja. q ndiri jadi korban mitos ini, q ngalamin ndiri...kl q mo gendong sepupu2 q, tar dilarang ma ortu mreka ndiri "jgn sering2 digendong ntar jadi manja dia..bla..bla..bla.."..hiiy, ternyata..ckh..ckh..ckh...justru lebih bagus kl sering2 digendong. napa? tlg baca disini

Pagi ini q baca info penting tentang masalah kurang tidur. Dalam masyarakat qt beredar mitos yg bilang kl kebanyakan tidur akan menyebabkan tubuh qt gemuk (Dari SD, q pun tau tentang mitos ini). Namun, sebuah riset medis terbaru menyatakan justru sebaliknya. Orang yang kurang tidur cenderung akan menjadi gemuk. nah, untuk lebih lanjutnya dapat diliat disini.
